1. Where do you deliver?
We offer shipping to around Malaysia only
2. How much and how long does delivery take?
Next day delivery within Peninsula Malaysia with exceptions on weekends and public holidays.
Sabah and Sarawak may take an extra day or two.
3. I received an incorrect item.
Do let us know immediately via email at arpacs_cust@gmail.com along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
4. How do I cancel an item from my order?
You will need to email as soon as possible.
